The Stellar Consortium is an alliance of worlds that includes: Earth Luna Mars Castor Sivad G’ahnlo Phyrria Demaria Centauri Quaquan Its headquarters are on Earth. It is patrolled and defended by the Vanguard. The Consortium is led by a ruling council headed by an elected President.
