Command used to set a character's race.
- +race <race>
- +race <player>=<race>
- The First Version is usable by unregistered characters and allows the player to select a race from the list of races open to them.
- The Second Version is usable by staffers an allows them to change a character's race after chargen.

Choosing a race in Chargen/
+race Human [Chargen] You select Human as your race.
Changing a player's race.
+race Player=Human [Chargen] You set Player's race to Human.
