Xiq’Vuular, of the Tei’xel, was born on Idar Prime in the capital of Dal Sempora some 65 years ago. Born into not only a large family, but the most prominent clan, has provided some benefits to Vuular that would not be afforded to some outside of a wealthy family and clan. At a young age, he was exposed to science and technology, with family aspirations that he would join the Hegemonic Naval Authority in some sort of engineering capacity. When he was of age, he attended the Sempora University of Science and Technology where he studied advanced engineering.

After graduating, he went back to study law and history – something he thought would be useful, especially going into the military if he wanted to pursue command someday. He eventually enrolled in the Naval Academy, where he received his basic training and advanced tactical training before being shipped off to one of the newly constructed Venom-class destroyers. He worked under a prominent engineer aboard the ship for many years, learning his way around many systems. However, as time passed his wanting to be career military faded. After three tours, he resigned from the Hegemonic Naval Authority and was quickly recruited by the Toro Mercantile Authority. He was brought aboard for his technical knowledge, as well as his background in law. He was given a comfortable living on Dal Toro, on Idar Minor.

Spending fifteen years working his way through the corporate ladder, Vuular became chief project coordinator for the Mercantile Authority. He spearheaded several initiatives and helped them build their military fleet in a nearby system. In recent years, he has befriended the Chief Operator of the Mercantile Authority, Iqur’Vulir, and has been brought into the inner circle of the Authority. As such, Vuular has found himself acting as a liaison between the Mercantile Authority on Idar Minor, the Quorum of Governors on Idar Prime and the Hegemonic Naval Authority.

He has recently settled on Idar Prime to open offices there, and work to crush the rumors of a Mercantile military buildup, and combat the constant battling between their organization and the Quorum. He has become a prominent figure on Idar Prime, a vocal proponent of economic development.
