• If a discipline is Common, members of that race automatically receive the appropriate Psionic Potential gift.
• If a discipline is Uncommon, members of that race are allowed to purchase the Potential gift for the normal price.
• If a discipline is Rare, members of that race are allowed to purchase the Potential gift if they provide a truly exceptional biography in chargen that focuses on this rarity (Extremely unlikely).
