Lord Fagin

Lord Fagin, the Pirate King, is the head of Fagin's Riches and ruler of Tomin Kora.

According to legend, he was a pirate who united a disparate group of pirates and smugglers in 2414 into an empire that would come to dominate the entire Fringe, and has been ruling over it ever since.

In reality, there has probably been more than one Lord Fagin, and the term is a title rather than a proper name. Lord Fagin is never seen in public, and lives in his palace beneath the city of Freewheeling on Tomin Kora. The day-to-day affairs of Fagin's Riches are handled by his majordomo.

Lord Fagin is served by the Elite Guard, his personal bodyguard and military force.
