Hiverspace is an entirely separate dimension from Normalspace, the dimension where Earth is located. It was the site of a long and bloody war between the Kamir and the Hivers right up until 2650. Currently, the Zarist Supremacy seeks a campaign of aggressive expansion, nominally opposed by the Multiverse Commonwealth. It's currently 2653. Those from outside of Hiverspace, Outversers, started arriving in 2651 from alien times and places, included periods in Earth history, and they seek to organize themselves.
