Fugitive, Prisoner, Mercenary, Pirate, Renegade, Jackal, Captain, Spacer, Patriot and President. Vadim has been all of these things; only not in that order and not all at the same time. The long version of this story will take far too long to tell. The short version is he's a former privateer who found his way into the presidency of one of the two Outverser governments and then moved on into private business, owner of the Red Eclipse Mercenaries and co-owner of Blackjack Shipping and Salvage.
